Q: How is it applied or attached to my hair?
A: The Fusion System is a very unique interlocking technique that involves weaving small amounts of hair
onto your hair. The fusion blends your hair with 100% human hair that perfectly matches your natural hair
color and texture. Giving you a more natural look and feel.

Q:  Do you understand ethnic hair care?

A:  Yes.  Having ethnic hair myself, I understand natural hair , relaxers, perms, ect. 

Q: What are your operating hours?

A: Fusion appointment are held Tuesday-Saturday from 11:00am to 6:00 pm.

Q: Will it cause any damage to my hair?
A: No. When following the recommended hair maintenance, the Fusion Hair Extension System will
not cause any damage to your natural hair or the add-in hair. It actually promotes healthier hair growth.

Q: Do you use Human Hair?
A: Yes. We use 100% Human Hair.

Q: How long does it take?
A: The average time for a full head is around 3-6 hours.

Q.  Is a consultation required?

A:  Consultations are not required for those who have relativly healthy hair with minimal damage, know the color of the extensions they would like, and understand the color of their own natural hair.   

Q: How long will it last?
A:   Fusion  will last  anywhere from  3 to 12 months. The longevity is also based on the type & size of the fusion, natural hair growth, and how well hair is maintained.

Q: Can I still relax or perm my hair?
A: Yes, you can relax or perm your hair without the hassle of removing your hair extensions. Saving you a lot more time and money. However, relaxing the entire head while fusion is in is not recommended. It is only necessary to touch up the edges and other areas where your natural hair is exposed. If you do decide to relax the entire head,  be sure to neutralize more to make sure all residue is out of your hair.

Q. Can I relax, color, or recieve Brazilian Keratin treatments or Brazilian blowouts with fusion extensions?

A.  Yes you can.  All cleints recieve a maintenance e-mail with instructions on how to maintain hair.

Q: My hair is natural and I want to wear it in its natural state.  Will infusions work for me?

A:  Yes.  The Brazilian Wave hair is the best option for natural hair.  Protein Silk extra small is the best method.

Q: How long does my hair have to be?
A: At least 2 inches long.

Q: I press my hair can I still get the Infusions on my hair?
A: Yes.

Q: Can I apply direct heat to my hair?
A: Yes, since it's just hair secured to hair, you can apply heat.

Q:  Can I  wash my extensions?

A: Yes, you can wash your extensions. It is advised to wash them about once a week if possible. The best advice is to use products that are not thick and heavy. Conditioners that are too heavy can build up on the hair. Use a clarifying shampoo at least 1-2 times a month to get your hair back to a fresh start.

Q: Which method is the least detectable?

A :  Protein Silk Fusion Micro is the least detectable.

Q.  Can you explain the new Protein Silk fusion method?
Protein Silk is the newest invention in human hair extensions.  They offer the same illusions as the flashpoint fusion, however, they are healthier for your hair, last longer, and you can apply any type of products to your hair without the worry that your fusion is going to fall out.  This method comes in either heat based or non heat based method.  For the non heat method, a small micro size bead is used which is very tiny and undetectable.  This bead is placed close to the scalp to allow further hidden detection.  For the heat method, a silicone attachment is used which is placed very close to the scalp, leight weight, and flexible and does not cause damage to hair. Unlike any of the other methods of fusion, non heat silica can withstand heat, product buildup, daily or weekly washings, oil based products and more.  Protein Silk also promotes the most new growth and leave your hair in a better condition as no type of damaging attachment is used.  The hair is very light weight and flexible to be styles in up do's, pony tails, roller sets, flat ironed and more.  This method works well on all hair types.  Even those with thinning hair.  To ensure the health of your hair, it is best to go with the Protein Silk Fusion method. 

Q. Which method of fusion is healthier for my hair?

Of all the methods, Protein Silk  is better for your hair because they have a light weight
attachment. It also promotes hair growth because the extensions are light and your scalp is able to breath.  
 

Q. Why is a deposit required for my appointment?

  There is a $200 deposit required to save your time slot.  The deposit is non refundable.  Appointments are non refundable however clients have 3 days  to request a free redo if unsatisfied with hair. 

Q. How do I set up my appointment?

To set up an appointment, you must have a day and time you would like to set the appointment and prepared to pay your deposit if need be.

Cancellation and No show policy

Clients have up until the day before their appointment to reschedule with no rescheduling fees. 

Please note that any no shows without a call, e-mail, or text message to state reason for no show or rescheduling will be charged half the price of their appointment  cost which will be applied towards service at time of rescheduling.  Thank you for understanding.
