This method is excellent for African American Hair! 

 Protein Silk fusion is the advancement option from the old silica fusion method. This method utilizes no heat, no glue, and comes with a protein silk lining that protects the hair from any damage while promoting growth.  This method is so gentle, I even recommend it for people who have medical conditions such as thyroid issues.  This method protects the hair to ensure no damage while  while the extensions are in.  I highly recommend this method over any of the fusion methods available today.  I have upgraded all of my clients to the new Protein Silk Fusion Method! Regular Fusion:

 Regular Fusion is ideal for those with European Straight Hair, Asian Hair, or Hispanic Hair that is not chemically processed.  This method does utilize heat and last for 2-3 months.  You may place your hair in high ponytails, up-dos, style any way, run your fingers through hair and much more.  All of the benefits of fusion simply attached another way.  This option is ideal for those with hair that is shoulder length or longer in medium to thin density.  If your hair is thick in density, the Protein Silk fusion is a better option for you.

Fusion Step by Step Process

Step 1

Before the day of fusion appointment, wash, condition, and straighten your hair. Do not use heavy oils.

Step 2

Hair is parted, Fusion is first placed in the back sections of the head. Tiny sections of your own hair are covered with new strands of Fusion hair extensions.

Step 3

Continuing the application process until desired amount of Fusion hair is reached.

Step 4

Fusion hair is finished,trimmed, and curled. (Optional).

Step 5

Fusion Process is complete.  Clients should also refrain from washing extensions for at least THREE days after fusions are placed on the hair.

Once fusion is complete, clients may chose a variety of styles, including high pony tails as shown below. The Fusion hair may be roller-set, crimped, curled, flat ironed, and pressed.
